I have agreed to buy a cd from a US based company on e-bay but can't get passed the checkout to pay. Has anyone else experienced this? I have e-mailed the seller but as yet have not had a reply. It's frustrating because I have now find the cd in the uk but have to sort this out first.

Re: an earlier question I asked about the StirChef - The self stirring saucepan aid, in the Food and Drink section of AB.

The only ones I could find were on American websites, ebay being one of them. I e-mailed one of the sellers who would be willing to ship the product over to me but when I got to the ebay checkout I had the same problem at the checkout.

I have been unable to find a UK website that sells this product as yet.

SCOTS-FLICCS. Did e-bay come back at you for not paying. This is a CD which is an import but after finding the one on E-Bay, I have also found one on line from ASDA. I really would like to order that one but as I have agreed to buy the one off E-Bay, I don't really know what to do.

Have you emailed the seller? If they send you an invoice you should be able to pay via PayPal that way. Otherwise email Ebay straight away and they will get back to you within 24 hours

I have e-mailed the seller and also e-bay. I have not had a reply from seller which I understand is a shop. When you go to check out it transfers you to chaneladvisor.com which is another part of e-bay I understand. I have tried again today but it still keeps saying page cannot be displayed. Even if I do eventually get to pay, I am now not sure about them although they do have a good feed back. E-bay says to try to contact them. I can only do this through e-mails as they are in the US, I am not going to phone them. It's a bit annoying. Someone advised to give them 7 days but I really would like to buy this disc as I know my grandson has been trying to purchase it and I want it for him for Christmas.

Wee update:

Seller got back to me yesterday with regards to the shipping costs. It will be approx $15, however this is more than the cost of the product, so i've decided to forget it!
