i hae just formatted my pc, its all set up again but for some reason when i am surfing the net the display is jumping. for instance when i scroll down a page it doesn't do it smoothly like before it jumps. i have a gig of ram in my pc so that isn't the problem can anyone help please?

sounds like you need to re-install your graphic drivers.

go to your control panel, click mouse, go to the buttons tab, and look at how man lines at a time it is set to scroll. set it to 1, 3, 6, or page.
