dl's take time to build their speeds.if you are talking limewire type p2p sites then speeds should be fairly high throughout your dl but if you are talking bit torrent then your dl could take up to 15 hrs as has been my experience.i have no problem with this,however,as i leave dl's overnight so come morning they are done.

and with p2p programs and bittorrent the user with the file can specify upload limits.
10mb per minute. i think you must be dreaming if you think thats a realistic speed although like mattk said it could be achieved. 5mb per minute would be more likely on average depending of course where you are downloading from.
