Scam ?

I have been waiting for over two weeks to receive a free silent ringtone for my mobile phone from a guy on ebay, I bought an air guitar about five weeks ago off of him, when I complained that I had not received it he promised to send it first class together with the ring tone. I get the feeling I might have been scammed.
Has any one else sent for stuff off ebay and not received it?

Nail holes, sounds like a bargain, would you swap them for a box of sparks for a grinder? I will even through in some sky hooks, ideal for hanging your food on when camping so the rats cant get to your grub.
