how do you reduce the level of your bandwidth utilised by bitcomet?

I know how to do it for limewire but can't seem to work it out on bitcomet

Go to Options > Preferences and you should see 'Global Max Download rate' and 'Global Max Upload Rate' . Change the values of these accordingly.
