Hotmail addresses.

I've read previous Q+A on getting more than one hotmail address, firstly without appearing thick, is it possible and if so how. I follow advice but can't seem to progress. I keep getting I'm already registered with the address I am using and no prompt to create another. I just simply want two addresses on hotmail, can it be done? davey-tt
