mouse speed

I have opened another account on my computer and the mouse speed is so much faster,if I slow it down it effects the speed on my account.Is there anything that can be done to make the speeds the same?? Thanks!!!

Yes there is. Go to start then control panel then either (if in category view) printers and other hardware then press mouse or (if in classic view) just double press mouse straight away. Then once in the mouse options go to pointer options. From there you can set the speed of the mouse pointer.

Thanks Alienuk but I have done all that,when I opened a new account it was much faster than my original one,so I slowed it down which in turn slows my a/c even more .

Maybe it is the mouse software then, check it for some sort of mouse speed changer.
