Talktalk Broadband

Help, please. Has anyone had difficulty in setting up Talktalk Broadband from their CD? If so, at what point did the problem occur? How did you solve it, or was it neccessary to resort to a telephone call? Thanks in advance.

I have recently gone over to Talktalk and no I didn't have a problem setting it up from the CD. Give them a ring, they are realy very helpful and if you have a Talktalk phone line it wont cost you anything. I was very suspicious of it when I took it on. I found it a bit different, but I am fairly pleased with it. Good luck

Thanks Glenbar for your answer. I was enquiring for a friend and fortunately the situation has now been resolved, yesterday, actually. I have been on Talktalk for 12 months now and I find it perfectly satisfactory. Thanks once again.
