Is there an extract button when you are in the RAR file?

I am assuming you have some sort of video file that you would like to put onto a disc that will play on your DVD player.

Download the free trial version of WinRar and use it to extract the rar files. Its really easy to do. You should then be able to burn the extracted files to DVD.
