Spreadsheet - Drop down menu

i am trying to create a drop down menu with days of the week in it, so i can click on a weekday.

Please could you tell me how to do this?

Create you list of Days (Monday - Sunday) in a column you do no use.

Click in the cell that you want to create the list and choose Data - Validation. In the settings Tab choose Allow --> List.

In Source type =$A$1:$A$7. Where A is the column you put the days in and 1 & 7 are the start and end rows.

You can then hide the column that you put your days in.
