i'm having trouble connecting with my itouch wifi connecting to my sky broadband can anyone please help

hi i spent ages to figure out how to connect mine to sky broadband as well, if you go setting and chose WIFI, then find your network name, select it then input your password, make sure your username and password all in capital letters, thats the only reason i couldnt get connected before.

Make sure you haven't got more than 4 things connected before you try, as the Sky Netgear router will only deal with 4 connections at a time. Trying to connect another device will either result in it not doing anything, or cutting off one of your other devices
