i have this really useful tool installed and have noticed that for the last week or so it has been grey the whole time ,when i move my mouse over it , it says "we're experiencing communication problems right now " anyone else have this ? and more importantly when is going to be working again?

My Canon Pixma says NO INK when it has some left..??
