Google Blogger Titles and ID's

I am on the horns of a dilemma, and I am hoping someone will be able to help.

I am preparing to launch a Blog, but I find that the title and name I wish to use for the Blog User ID, is being used by several others.

I have tried to Contact Google, but, no one wants to talk about copyrights.

The whole project revolves around the title and the ID, so, I am not real anxious to start looking for alternatives.

Does anyone know the legalities? Or do you know of anyone who has had trouble by just going ahead and using the same Title and ID?

I was really amazed to find, the more I searched, the more duplication of titles and ID's I found.

Each person will have their own unique ID.

But anyone can title it anything they like. Just because someone got there first doesn't mean you can take it off them, or anything like that.

Perhaps look at wordpress.com for your blog? Or, choose a different ID/title.
