OK, I hope I've got this right Do you want to know how to create folders in Outlook Express?
First of all, open Outlook Express as normal. Now, where you see your list of folders (presumably in the left-hand margin) and the list reads as follows:-
Outlook Express
Local Folders
Inbox
Outbox
Sent Items
Deleted Items
Drafts
OK, place your cursor over "Inbox" and right-click your mouse. From the drop-down menu select "New Folder". A little window will open up where you can give your new folder a name. Type in "Amazon Mails" or whatever you want to call it (but without the quotes) and then click "OK" You have now created another folder (sub-folder) within your Inbox folder. You can repeat the process to create as many sub-folders as you like. But let's just stay with the one called "Amazon Mails" for now.
(Incidentally you should also now see a little box appear to the left of the word "Inbox". The little box has a little "+" indicating it contains more than one folder. This will change to a "-" when you expand the folder).
OK, click on "Inbox" again so that you can view the list of emails in your Inbox. Next select (single-click/highlight) one of the Amazon emails. With your cursor still poised over the highlighted email, right-click your mouse and from the drop-down menu select "Move to Folder" A small window will open up displaying your OE folders (if you can't see your newly created "Amazon Mails" folder, click on the "+" sign next to your "Inbox" folder to expand it). Select the folder that you wish to send your chosen email to (in this case, "Amazon Mails") and then click "OK".
I hope this is clear enough but if not, let me know which parts you're stuck on.
