i am currently running my laptop with the internet with no issues. but when i try to set my pc to the same connection then it doesnt get a signal to the internet. i have managed a signal but it is very weak. how can i resolve this?

then you'll need to find the documentation that came with the router as the password has been changed from the default of

user: admin
password: password

if it was supplied by your ISP goggle

your ISP netgear password
