IE pop-ups
I've been using Mozilla Firefox for a couple of years now with no problem. The other night when it came on, I also got a couple of IE pop-ups and since then I've been getting 3 or 4 every time I click on my browser. I have anti-everything installed so don'know why this is suddenly happening.

Do you have decent anti spyware software installed, and if you do when was the last time you ran a scan?
If your not sure then I would download adaware and run a full scan with it

Thanks ChuckFickens, but IE has now taken over, using 100% resources even when nothing else is running. Makes opening apps very slow and impractical. Downloaded Adware, but it froze while scanning. I use Paretologic antispyware which picked up, and cleaned, a few low risks on Wednesday. Norton Corporate AV runs in realtime and Regcure runs at startup, although today it took about 20 minutes as opposed to about 4. It seems IE takes over after the popup has been closed. I've no idea what is happening here. Liz
