no images on firefox

I recently upgraded firefox and now I fail to get images on certain reputable websites. The same websites open up fine on i.e but I prefer as most abers to use firefox. Are there any settings or add ons/plug ins that I need to do, I already have shockwave and java plug ins.

HI Ethel Merry Christmas. This is just an example no images show on this page in firefox at all , yet do show in IE and opera but I prefer Firefox like most Abers.

They show on my firefox too.

Tools - options - content

Make sure 'load images automatically' is checked - in fact have all those boxes ticked.

Check the 'exceptions' too if it still doesn't work. Don't forget to close Firefox and reopen it after ticking the box

Works fine for me in FF too (though worried about why your searching for pictures of Yugos!!)

click on preferences on the view menu and then on the content tab and make sure "load images automatically is ticked)

Why a Yugo site, because at Christmas we were playing an alphabet game about car makes and no one would believe me there was such a model.
