Blue screen and error message

Hi. My Packard Bell 6800 SLi has just come up with an error message. Have just bought my daughter a cheap Hitachi camera from Argos for a school trip. Software for the camera wad loaded via cd and system requested to reboot. When the system came back up the blue screen and stop message appeared. Error code displayed is 0x000000FC (0xBAD1B8E0, 0x0B19D163, 0xBAD1B840, 0x00000001)
Unable to go into safe mode etc as comes up with another error screen and code.Help!!!???!!! Thks

your computers window has been corrupted so you need to reinstall the windows .

if you have the windows CD . i will give the link
