Email hacking

My email has been hacked into and I have been advised to install SpyBot S&D. When I follow the link I was given to the site I was given a lot of options where to download from and I was just totally confused. Any advice would be welcome. I already have ESET security and thought this should have been sufficient but obviously not! I ran a scan but nothing showed up. My pc is running very slowly at present.

Go to download.com, that's where I get all my security software from. I've got and recommend Advanced Systemcare 3, CCleaner, Malwarebytes Anti-malware, Outpost firewall and Avira antivirus. Also, go to http://onecare.live.com/site/en-us/default.htm and do a full scan. All that crap keeps my laptop running smoothly.

Try changing your email password first. That's all it could be.
