Ive had problems with Orange for a while. the internet connection is at best intermittent and at worst non existent! Its been bad recently and when I reported it via their techy helpdesk I was told that as I'd changed my home telephone number and not told them, this was the problem and it would take 15 days to resolve. Big sponge me believes them and would you believe it the problem still exists 15 days later!

They're now arrangng for a line engineer to test my connection etc, but before I write a letter of complaint can someone in the know, tell me if indeed changing my telephone number would have exacerbated the 'link down' status of my livebox.
