e-mail mystery

My friend and I both have btinternet email addresses and I have her address exactly right. However, she doesn't get any of my emails either sent direct from me or the ones where I hit reply when she writes to me.
I've asked her if she has accidently blocked me but she says not. Is there anything else that be causing this??

Do you get a message saying delivery has failed? If not, it's probably her spam filter wrongly binning your emails.
Try asking for a read receipt.
