BT Yahoo Broadband
Hi
I send and receive my emails through BT Yahoo Mail. I manage to get the list of emails, but when I click one to open I receive this message - 'Internet Explorer Script Error' - then another window opens on top of this and it states 'Yahoo Browser has encountered a problem and needs to close' - then another window opens and asks me to report this problem, which I do, then my whole BT Yahoo closes.
I do not know how to receify this problem. Can someone please help me?
Thanks, in advance, to anyone or all who answer.

The simplest solution would be to use a better browser. Nearly all of the 'regulars', here in AB's 'Technology' section, use Firefox.
Download Firefox
http://www.mozilla-europe.org/en/firefox/
and install it.
Then use it to log into your email account at
http://bt.yahoo.com
and you should be able to view your mail without any further crashes.
(Thereafter, always use Firefox for your web browsing. You'll find it much better than Internet Explorer).
