Our son set it all up and it was working fine for a week, then it kept disconnecting from the net. We got a friend out to look at it and he fixed it, but it still keeps going off the net. He told us to shut down, switch off at mains for about a minute and then switch eveything back on and for now it seems to work. Its very frustrating though I know when weve spent £600+ on a new stuff and we have to do this. But when its working it great. Much faster than our old one
