can you identify a typeface for me please

Please could any of you geek boys and girls (and I say that in a good way:) identify a typeface for me, the one that spells Maru Motel on the title card of this little film:

Hi John, actually I meant the "English" letters but re-reading the question I didn't make that very clear at all, did I. (But anyway the Japanese 'kana' and the "English" letters do seem to be of the same design.) Thanks for your links but I was rather hoping that somebody with eidetic memory might save me from trawling the internet =:0 !! ;-) Thanks, though:)

Close, but no cigar wildwood - it's the exact one on the title card I'm after. I suspect scotman is correct that I would need a lot of luck, but hey I'm open to luck:) Thank you very much for your suggestion, it's not far off.

There used to be a text called Lucinda Handwriting that looked like that text - haven't seen it for ages.

It's not that, Lucinda Handwriting looks joined up on the lower case letters.
