email attachments

How do I open email attachments at home? I can open them at work, but my home computer cannot open them. Might it be because I have too many virus protectors, or do you think my computer memory is not big enough? If not big enough, how do I alter this please??

Hi there...if you are using Outlook Express...click on tools then options..then the Security Tab....there is a box to check or uncheck which says Do not allow attachments...to be opened which may be a ...blah blah blah....uncheck this if it is checked. otherwise sorry can't help...commoner ;-)
