Wireless Router problem
Hope someone can help me save a small fortune for a home visit.
Lappy was infected by 'Norton' to the extent last night it wouldnt allow us to go on ANY page.
My daughter rebooted the said lappy BUT I cant get it to accept the SSID (which ive since found is the type and model of the router rather than the MAC code I was told by the chancer I called who I think fleeced me before to have lappy and stand alone MOT'd)
Anyway -now ive managed to get on this one i'm not even being asked on the lappy for the security code -its like only one computer can run off the router.
I am now reluctant to close this one down to try and fix the lappy as I may lose all connection and I really need it just now -not recreationally.
What can I do?

It seems they use a few different combinations of username and password to login to the admin page, see list here

Once in the admin pages have a look round for wireless or wireless security (or similar) and the passkey will be displayed there.
