Dial 141 before the number.

i think you add 141 to the start of the number your dialling.

If you're using a mobile, go into your settings and hide your number.

Personally I won't answer any witheld number, whether on mobile or landline

Withheld numbers don't even get as far as my landline, as they're blocked by the phone company.
