Hi

A friend as a blackberry storm and unfortunatly dropped it so the screen is now cracked. However it still works fine. She is upgrading on her contract and will no longer need the phone. I would have it however how do i go about sending it off to blackberry to be repaired? Been on the uk site which wasnt all that helpful.

Any suggestions would be great.

You don't, RIM would charge you almost as much as a new phone to repair it.

Take it to the guy on the local market and speak to them instead.

It's not the sort of job I'd suggest anyone to take on, TBH, fender.

I've done a few different phones myself and they are really fiddly to do, if the OP wants to take it on themselves then fair play to them, but I'd suggest they start it knowing it's a nothing ventured, nothing gained project.
Yes .. Very fiddly job to do.
Especially disconnecting/connecting Flex cables.
