This may sound daft, but try this old meditation trick.
When your mind is whizzing round, and your thoughts are racing,you need to calm things down.
get comfortable
Concentrate hard on your feet - how they're feelin - cold / hot/ aching / whatever.
Do this for some time.
Then think hard about your forehead, how it's feeling.
After a while, think how your feet are feeling again.
While you're doing this, your mind stops whizzing, and the next thing you know, it's morning.
