I have just noticed an upgrade is available for this program (5.6.1). It seems to be getting mixed reviews on various forums. Anyone here use it? Any comments

I use 5.541.
If you make use of integration with IE9 or Firefox 4, get the update.
Otherwise not much changed.
Personally, I can't be bothered updating. Mine's set to minimal integrity with just an MMD skin.

I am on 5.581 which works fine for me. I don't use it that much anyway.
