I have a Dell Desktop P/C & my browser is Firefox. I appear to have lost the arrows from the top toolbar to go back a page or forward to original page, when I click on red cross at top of page I then get a blank white screen with the following message on bottom menu bar
''Computer/ Protected Mode Off''. The only way I can get out of that page is by switching the computer off with the on/off button. Ron.

Have you tried cntrl.alt.del. Task master box comes on screen..click on task master...when box comes up on screen..click end task. ..then click x on top right of box.?
