Item Images slow to load in ebay

I use Mozilla Firefox and have just been asked if I want to download the newest version which I did. I dont know if its connected but when I try to look at items in ebay, the images wont load, or they load very slowly, I just have the empty boxes. Can someone tell me what is wrong ... I am not technical as you all know, so easy explanation please ! I have windows 7 by the way.

Have you rebooted?
If continually a problem, you will need to over-install again.

Save the file to the desktop until you know the install is ok.
