In the move to my new house my scanner fell off a bed on to a carpeted floor, a distance of about 3'. It slid off backwards and landed on it's "plugging" end.
I can't get it to work. Does anyone know if it could be damaged beyond repair? Thanks

quite possible where the connnector that you connect to has broken at the pcb .. if thats the case, then yes, not cost efficient or easy to repair
