Hi, I have done a scan and it's have found 1,000s of problems, here they are in this link

When I click on the "fix now" tab, it wants me to register and psy $29, is there any way I can fix them for free?

If your PC is not showing any signs of slowing down or not working properly you can usually ignore this sort of thing.

Don`t buy anything, just get a good security like Avast Antivirus. They all try to sell you their wares.

Registry cleaners are a con. You don't need them. They either report non-existent errors or really minor abnormalities, within the registry, which don't do any harm anyway.

Don't pay. You can safely ignore all of those warnings. (If you're actually experiencing problems with your computer, post the details here and we'll tell you how to fix your problems).

Kick out PC cleaner and install, Ccleaner and Malware Bites, they will sort you out for free.

Hi, everything seems OK now, it's just that it runs slow now and again, I read somewhere about doing a clean up, so I just tried that one,

As Ratters says .. ignore those creeps .. and use CCleaner and MWB.
