Malware bytes

Since downloading the above I keep on getting messages stating that Malware has blocked something or other, and I should ignore or quarantine it, but I don`t understand whether to or not. How can I know what to do.

Just quarantine them all.

The idea is that if by chance it does falsely detect something which causes a problem you can always remove it from the quarantine

Thanks C/F, but how do I know what the problem is being blocked, or is malware, and how can I remove it from quanrantine once I know what it is?

ChuckF - I have Kaspersky on my computer. Do you recommend that I get this malware bites as well, or does it do the same job and will cause a conflict?
