missing emails!!

Hi just wondered if I could pick your brains!
Im sending emails to my mum and she is not getting them. we have checked email addresses, i have sent them as a reply to emails she has sent me, they are in my 'sent' box, they are not in her inbox/ spam. Iv never had problems with emails not arriving before.. as she has never been aware of emails not arriving..

Have you tried to send them from another email address?

Ask her to check her Trash box. They may be being trashed by her filter

no.. I dont have another email address.. they used to work (I think it was April was the last time an email turned up!!)

Factor, would that be the same as spam?? they are not in there..

You can easily set up an email address in seconds using yahoo, gmail etc. You can just use it once if you want to test it.

Send an E/mail addressed to yourself and see if it turns-up in your inbox. If it does then, purely my opinion, there is something wrong with mums ISP; if it's different to yours. On the other hand, if it doesn't arrive at your inbox then you have a problem with your e/mail set-up. Do other e/mails, say to friends, go astray or is it only with your mum.?
