Amazon mp3 download

Well I tried to use this for the first time today and nothing has downloaded onto my imac. I have paid my money to Amazon and have had an acknowledgement but it does not seem to have downloaded.

It may be because I installed the downloader before buying the single. How do I get rid of the downloader as it does not seem to want to go into the trash from the dock. I will then try again.

I think you keep the downloader on your computer, I did the same as you but the track downloaded. have you checked "downloaded files" tab in the downloader?

im new to it as well so I may well be incorrect, im used to itunes but amazon is much cheaper ;)

the track should be in a folder in My Music, contact them , they are very good and will likely let you download it again

Well I click on the downloader at the bottom on the dock which has a headings "pause downloader, resume downloader, etc nothing is showing on page.

on the amazon webpage they have a link that asks you to download the mp3, have you clicked on that?

Can someone who knows imacs tell me how to get rid of the first downloader from the dock at bottom. I click on it and drag to trash but nothing is happening.

you should do an FAO to milvus or snags, they are mac people

Riptide, the downloader icon on the dock is an alias for the real programme. To remove it from the dock just drag it up away from the dock and release and it will disappear. But you also need to remove the real programme, open the finder on your dock, open the applications window, find your downloader programme and drag that to the trash and empty. That will remove the programme

Thanks Milvus, I actually did manage to clear it myself, but your comments always helpful. Amazon sorted out the problem with downloader so everything okay now.
