Hi i just bought a orange san fran unlocked phone and when i put my sim in it says when i start it up sim network unlock pin,can anyone help me what i can do please.

Your sim is not working because your phone is locked. So what I suggest you to do is to take your IMEI number from the back of your phone where your battery is and send it to a specialized website like http://unlockphonenetwork.com/ then you will get the unlock code and unlocking instructions and there you go..your phone is unlocked.
