do I have to manually change the song title and artist from just the track numbers that is shown when mp3 files are made? and how do I SHOW ALMBUM TITLE on output disc?

You need to tell the ripping software to create ID3 or ID3v2 tags

Easy, copy the 3 cd's on to your pc but make sure when you save them they are saved as mp3's. Save them in to a file so you know where to find them. Once saved you can then burn them on to a dvd or even a cd as long as they are small enough.....
