Half Screen

When my computer warms up and I go to Internet Explorer only the upper half of my home page is displayed (on the upper half of the screen) What can I do? Thanks.

Put your pointer at the bottom edge where it will change to a double-headed up/down arrow. Hold down the left mouse button and drag downwards until it fills the screen.
