IE message at top of AB

Why am I getting the message below under the task bar while on AB, it only started today and I can't get rid of it and don't know what it means (I'm on IE7 I think)

In IE/Tools/Int Options/Advanced .. under 'Browsing'
Check the box .. see how it goes.
Download and install either Chrome or FireFox and never use IE again. Your whole browsing experience will be so much better.

However, Firefox and all the others can still suffer from scripting problems.
If anyone is to blame, it's ruddy Microsoft.

'disable script bedebugging' is already checked (if that's what you mean?) Why would it just appear today?
IE .. Help/About .. What version you running?
(I'll probably point you to an IE8 update, but not 9 !)
(I thought you had a new laptop recently!)
I've been getting this problem as well for the last 2 days (only on AB) using IE8. I have disabled XSS filter but makes no difference.

well blow me I'm on IE8 version 8.0.7600.16385
There is an update to install 9 that I haven't actioned
It is quite a newish laptop
According to the Ed it is being protective and hiding the text messages. Oldread and I have the same problem. That is why you see this mark also #

If I make the change as described in IE tools etc am I just turning off the warning messages or am I allowing cross scripting as well?
Turning off warnings.
