rebooted my galaxy ace and now the whole 'my files' has disappeared. only my sd card is showing. how can i get this back? need the apk thingy to download anything. heeeeeeeeeelp!!!! x

Did you do a factory reset or by reboot do you mean you just turned it off for a while then back on ? If you did a factory reset/restore you will have lost the majority if not all your files, and photos and music you put on yourself.

reboot. it's a new phone, so nowt was on there. it's the actual 'my files' folder (including the download software) that's missing.

anyone? how can i recover the os for this fone? tried looking on the samsung site, but is less than helpful...
