I'm looking to move to a smartphone with a limited budget...

... of about £150.I see HTC Wildlife S..Samsung Galaxy Ace..Sony Xperia.... Actually there seems to be dozens if not hundreds to choose from.I'm wanting PAYG and unlocked (or T-Mobile, present supplier)
Can any body suggest a phone for me from your own personal experience

i have sony ericson xperia, it is ok but the camera is rubbish, i used to have nokia and i find that sony is not good as nokia reg taking pics.

I've got a HTC Desire at the moment ( from and iphone 4)- hated it to start with- now wouldn't be without it- so I'd go fort a used desire:)

I`ve got the Samsung Galaxy Ace. It`s great. Samsung have now become the world`s largest mobile phone manufacturer so they must be doing something right.

I have the HTC Desire S and I love it, I will definitely get another HTC when my upgrade is due.

I personally like HTC phones, haven't used the Wildfire S but have used other models! They have a nice interface and are pretty easy to use :) I know you havent mentioned it here but stay well away from Blackberrys!
