Safe Mode

Hi, I have just started having problems booting up my pc, It has started booting up in safe mode, i then have to press the restart button up to 4 times to get it to start, I have just tried to e-mail a picture to a friend, it took 25mins, even after all that time it came back as undelivered, now i cant delete it from the sent folder,when i click on it to open it everything freezers, this is a photo which i have just scanned myself.

These problems seem to have started since i downloaded and used registery mechanic.

Any ideas?

Have you uninstalled the registry mechanic to see if this has made any difference? Has registry mechanic made a backup of your existing registry which you can use to restore your original settings? E-mail the manufacturers of this software to see if they can offer any assistance. Personally i'd bite the bullet and perform a reformat, but might be a good idea to scan for any virus's first!

I hope your problems aren't from Registry Mechanic because I've just  installed it (and am very pleased with the speed-up).  It does have a restore Back-up Button though so you could put back all the things it has deleted.  It might be wise to do that before you uninstall R.M.
