My daughter is having problems with her hotmail account. She used to able to access it through incredimail until rececently but all her new messages suddenly stopped arriving. When she signs in to her account through the msn site it just displays a message saying that cookies need to be enabled even though they are. At the moment there are 78 emails she can't read. Can anyone help? By the way, it's the same on internet explorer and mozilla firefox. Thanks.

Your internet security settings must be set to "High"

Try reducing them to "Medium" which will allow new cookies to be set on your puter.

Hotmail recently stopped users of Incredimail and OE from remote access, forcing users to log in to check their email. If you have any friends who use Googles Gmail, ask them to send you an invite to join, no restrictions like Hotmail and a MONSTER 2GB+ inbox
