I have taken quite a few photos of my son's wedding. There are shots that are duplicated with a slight variation in the hope of getting a good result with one or two. Is there a way of putting these "doubles, triples etc" onto the screen at the same time so that i can choose which ones are worth saving? Thanks!

on what screen, your computer? Have you got a slide-show tab? That would let you flick through them one at a time quickly.

I would like to put a few photos on my monitor screen all at the same time so that I could compare the good and bad points and which to delete or save. Thanks
Photoshop is what I use, but there is a similar free program called GIMP.
http://www.gimp.org/
You can open as many as you like and view them all on screen.
Open the folder that the photos are stored in and open the view tab, choose "extra large thumb nails"

Or download the FREE Irfan view program, in there you can set the size of the thumb nails to whatever you like.
You could try Google Picasa

Thanks everyone. Mojo-jo-jo your suggestion of using Photoshop works ok....BUT can the photos be uploaded without the "surround"on each of them as it takes up space on the monitor making each piccie that much smaller to compare?????
You could alway go select/all and copy/paste them all into one document, then change the canvas size to fit em all on or use edit/transform/scale to fit them in.
