Addition to Report Questions list

Excessive formatting as a reason for reporting. It really irritates me when people put an entire question in BOLD and CENTERED, especially since I use Firefox and don't get access to the formatting toolbar at all.

haven't seen any centred questions, but perhaps my eyes could cope... as for bold ones, perhaps the AB techies, or robots, could step in there and make them a lighter face; it doesn't seem a sufficient reason to report the posts and have them banned, does it? (Sir, you are too bold; kindly leave the building!)

i've had a question "adjusted" before. i bolded three or four keywords because it was quite an involved question and i understand that most people can't be bothered to read a dozen lines of question.
