It seems I can 'highlight' the address or attatchment & paste them.But not the e-mail itself.
All these things must seem very basic but if you've never had much to do with computing or the internet,well,it's hard going. The directions that come with a phone/ laptop may as well be in Chinese. Hc, if you're still about, its a bb curve.

I don't have a Curve but this is a straightforward explanation.
