If you have not already tried, you could try a gentle use of a hair dryer on low setting and blow it across the problem keys incase there is still some liquid that has not dried up yet. If it was a 'gooey' substance that was spilt on the keys, or even Coffee can be a problem, it may be difficult to sort.
If all else fails you will probably require a new / replacement keyboard. What is the make / model number of the laptop?
