I have just started having a go at selling on eBay using my iPad rather than use my digital camera and laptop. However I've met a strange problem in that I put in my Title, add the photo, but then when I write the description it disappears. The firs time it happened I made sure I pressed "save draft" before continuing but it still happened. Any ideas what's happening please? Thanks in advance.

Sounds like you don't yet have the eBay App. To get the eBay App you will initially need to create an Apple iTunes account if you don't already have one. Have you downloaded and installed the eBay App for iPad from the App store and is it that you are having the trouble with, or are using the iPad Safari browser direct?

Oh lordy, I don't know is the honest answer. How do I tell? Sorry, no good at technology although I whizz around on things I know like eBay!
Sounds like you don't yet have the eBay App.

To get the eBay App you will initially need to create an Apple iTunes account if you don't already have one. This link shows how to create an account:

Creating that login account will allow you access to the iTunes App store where you can download and auto install various Applications, one being eBay!

Some are Free, whilst others you pay for. The eBay app is free. On your iPad there is an option to goto the App Store.

Here is also a useful web link that will automatically take you direct to the App Store and get the eBay App from within your iPad web browser (you will still require an Apple iTunes account as previously mentioned):-

You were spot on pinky. I'm now using the app for the iPad. It's actually quite different and will take me a bit of time to get used to it. Thanks again.
